Artemiza first came to Rocky Point in 2003 and it was love at first sight. In 2004 her family bought a beach home in Las Conchas and with the family history of real estate investing it was only a matter of time before they started buying properties in Rocky Point. At one point her family owned condos on Sandy Beach and a fractional share in Las Conchas.
With her love and experience of both Rocky Point and Real Estate it was time to make her dream of moving to Rocky Point a reality and the natural choice was for her to become a licensed Real Estate agent. Now she shares that love and experience to help others live their dreams of owning a beach home.
